By creating an account or using GiftingNest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

3. Registries and gifting

Items shown on GiftingNest are supplied by third-party vendors. While we vet every vendor, GiftingNest is not the seller of record for individual items unless explicitly stated. Contributions are processed by our payment partners.

4. Refunds & cancellations

Each vendor's refund and return policy applies to items they fulfil. Contributions made towards a registry are generally non-refundable once a gift has been delivered. Reach out to support if something goes wrong — we'll help.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

6. Intellectual property

GiftingNest, our logo, and our content are owned by us. You retain rights to the content you add to your registry.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to other users.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiftingNest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
